- Is the scoreboard widget free?
- Yes. It needs no account and no API key. It shows one league per widget and refreshes every 60 seconds. For your own layout, more data or faster updates, use the API with a free key.
- Which leagues can I embed?
- NFL, College Football, NBA, Men's College Basketball, MLB, NHL, MLS, U.S. Open Cup, Premier League, Champions League, Europa League, FA Cup, LaLiga, Serie A, Liga MX, FIFA World Cup, Women's Super League, Women's Champions League, Conference League, English League Cup, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, NWSL, EFL Championship, World Cup Qualifying (UEFA), World Cup Qualifying (CONMEBOL), World Cup Qualifying (AFC), World Cup Qualifying (CAF), World Cup Qualifying (CONCACAF).
- How current are the scores?
- The widget page is cached for up to a minute and the underlying data is typically 20-30 seconds behind live play, so a score can be up to about 90 seconds old. It is not meant for betting.
- Can I style it?
- It follows the visitor's light or dark mode. Width and height can be set with data-width and data-height on the div. For full control, call the API and render the scores yourself (see the guides).
- What does the widget load?
- One iframe from realtimesportsapi.com with plain HTML and a small script that reloads it every minute while the tab is visible. No cookies, no ads, no tracking scripts inside the iframe.
